Top sealing has wide application into pharmaceutic, cosmetic and food industry. It is used for sealing of protection membrane and for inductive welding of inserts on the tops in the final closing of bottles, jars as well as welding of covers onto glass and plastic boxes (PE, PP, PET, PVC, PA, PC, PS) or small food containers.
Induction sealing with foil or special inserts could be done direct and indirect. It is possible sealing of protection membrane through the cap, due to the specifics of the induction heating.
High Frequency Generators - Series HFG 5-XX for assembly into packing machines and inductors for them, are used for the top sealing (membrane) on the shoulders and for inductive welding of inserts in the final closing of bottles, jars as well as welding of covers onto glass and plastic boxes or small containers for food industry.

The generators could be used without assembling into machines. For these needs we propose a handle for manual top sealing.
High frequency generators - Series HFG 09-XX are used for the top sealing (membrane) on the shoulders for applications that need more power and are applicable for tube welding in tube - filling machines, also. The consumed power for different modifications is from 0,8 up to 2,4 kW.
